Welcome to Boketto Hub (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, its sub-domains, and any content, applications, or services provided on or through it (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1  Who we are

Boketto Hub is a personal, non-commercial fan-utility site run by an individual resident in the United Kingdom (the “Site Owner,” “I,” “me,” “my”).

2  Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher) to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3  Account & authentication

The Site uses Google OAuth for sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please email me immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4  Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• post or transmit content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• infringe any intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• use automated scripts (bots, scrapers) without written permission; or
• attempt to access another user’s account or any non-public area of the Services.

I may suspend or terminate your access at any time if, in my judgment, you violate these Terms or endanger other users or the Site.

5  Intellectual property & fan content

• Original material. All original text, graphics, and code on the Site are the property of the Site Owner and protected by UK copyright law.
• Game assets. The Site displays data and imagery from Dragonheir – Silent Gods (© Proxima Beta Pte. Limited; developed by SGRA Studio – official site). Such material is used solely for fan, educational, or informational purposes under UK “fair-dealing” provisions. Boketto Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by the rights-holder.
• User content. Anything you submit (“User Content”) remains yours, but you grant me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Services.

If you believe any material here infringes your rights, please email and I will investigate promptly.

6  Third-party links, embeds & data processors

The Services link to or embed several third-party platforms and providers:

• Google Analytics – anonymous traffic statistics
• Google Firebase – cloud database storing your progress
• Discord – community chat & support
• Ko-fi – voluntary donations
• Midasbuy – external store for Dragonheir in-game goods

These providers operate under their own terms & privacy policies; the Site Owner does not control them and accepts no liability for their content or outages. Your dealings with those platforms are solely between you and the provider.

7  Voluntary donations (Ko-fi)

Ko-fi donations are optional tips. They do not buy products, services, or preferential access. Payments are processed entirely by Ko-fi; I never handle your card data. Refund requests follow Ko-fi’s policy.

8  Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

9  Limitation of liability

I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• your use of or inability to use the Services;
• conduct or content of any third party (including the platforms listed in §6);
• unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Total liability in any 12-month period is capped at £50 or the total amount you paid me in that period (whichever is greater).

10  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, costs, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11  Modifications to the Services

I may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

12  Changes to these Terms

If I revise these Terms, the “Last updated” date will change and material changes will be announced on the Site or via email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

13  Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.

14  Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the rest will remain in force.

15  Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Site Owner and supersede all prior agreements.
